About

Hello! I am Harrison and I am the creator of Ut Supra. I am an aerospace engineering student in the United States with a huge passion for space and the industry that is developing around it. I created Ut Supra with the motto, To the Beyond (which is a translation of the phrase Ut Supra), in mind because I wanted to share with people how we are reaching the newest and most hostile frontiers.

I am by no means an excellent writer or expert in rockets, astronomy, and all the engineering/science that will be talked about on this site. I am an amateur, probably not much different from you, who enjoys this exciting new “Space Race”. I am writing these articles to share the knowledge that I have gained and possibly teach one or two people about new topics.

I am doing this for fun and as a creative outlet. Because this site is a hobby and I am a full time student, articles will be posted on an inconsistent schedule and may cover news that is months old. The articles will be written in my spare time and upon first reading be very rough and unpolished. I will be doing my best to keep them as smooth as possible, but I often won’t have the time to go through multiple drafts. I will do my best to edit articles after publication to keep them up to date and fix some bumps/bruises that were present.

Finally I am open to ideas! I don’t have an agenda and will be writing mostly on what I think is interesting but will be happy to research and write about a topic that you would like covered. To do that, leave a comment down below and I will look into it. Thank you and welcome to Ut Supra!
